At First Glance...
The Norse Rune for the letter “H" forms the stalk of the pillar in our Logo. It is traditionally called hagalaz or hægl, which are words for hail.
A hail storm can be destructive, disrupting, and devastating; thus, hægl can represent harm, hurt, hindrance or hardship. From this perspective, the first meaning of hægl in our logo represents the injury from which your symptoms arise.
This rune forms both the cap-stone and base-stone of the pillar and is the rune for the letter “P.” Traditionally this rune is called perthro or peorth.
These archaic words are most closely related in meaning to the English word pawn as it is used in the game of Chess. Generally, it represents a token used as a game-piece, but from our point of view, it signifies how you are applying strategies to address your symptoms.

Let's return first to the rune for the letter “H.” It might be noticed that hægl is drawn from another rune.
This rune is the letter “U,” and is called uruz or ur. It represents constitutional strength, and its name is a variant of the word aurochs. The aurochs was a massive and majestic ox that unfortunately is now extinct.
If we divide the rune hægl at the midline crossbeam above and below, we yield two of the rune uruz. The virtue of this is revealing how we intrinsically have double the strength to deal with our hindrances.
In this way, the rune hægl now can be seen as representing Health. We consider Health to be a function of the body, which means to say that it is always abiding, so it cannot be hindered.
Accordingly, peorth now becomes perseverance, persistence, and practice. These can be considered as new strategies to bolster Health from top to bottom.
